According to the announcement of the deal, the Iowa City company was attracted by Pacific Metrics’ psychometric software, advanced analytics capabilities, and online systems. The Pacific Metrics product lineup includes psychological measurement testing. The company’s founder and chief executive, Howard Mitzel, died in January.
