Dive Insight:
China is an obvious growth target for MOOC providers and education technology companies. According to Coursera, Chinese students will be able to access course materials, along with class activities and discussions, in the familiar Hujiang environment. Having Coursera material accessible through the platform also means that students can use services to help with pronunciation, grammar, and translation, along with an online social community. Coursera also plans to incorporate Hujiang resources into its own platform.
