Dive Insight:
Boston-based Houghton Mifflin Harcourt announced its new portal as a way to give customers an option for connecting other technologies to the HMH ecosystem. CTO Brook Colangelo told Campus Technology that the current environment forces customers to end up with a more fragmented user experience by turning to a range of technologies. With the new portal, the non-HMH technologies can be created from the beginning to interact with the HMH system.
