Will MOOCs change workplace training as they sweep through higher ed?

- Massive open online courses (MOOCs) could help fill needs in the adult workforce, even as they are leading universities to rethink the ways they teach online.
- Many companies have already embraced online learning, and MOOCs could provide a means for training certification to carry over to other jobs and states for workers.
- It is also possible that some companies may begin providing their own MOOCs as incentives to attract talent.
