5 new sex abuse claims for Yeshiva University High
- Days after 19 alumni filed a $380 million lawsuit claiming decades of sexual and physical abuse cover-ups by Yeshiva University High, another five former students are alleging molestation at the hands of staffers.
- Attorney J. Michael Reck—who also represents a woman allegedly assaulted by former YUHS Principal Rabbi George Finkelstein when he was dean of her Florida school in the 1990s—is preparing to file a lawsuit on the five men's behalf and says he hasn't been able to reach a settlement with the prestigious Jewish school.
- If filed, the lawsuit may identify an additional three Yeshiva faculty members as child molesters.
