Enrollment and fundraising solutions firms RuffaloCODY and Noel-Levitz merge
- Noel-Levitz has been acquired by RuffaloCODY in a deal announced Thursday that will see the two leading enrollment and fundraising solutions providers combine their resources and experience.
- Together, the two companies have a total of 65 years of experience in the space, serving a combined 1,800-plus colleges and universities.
- The merger will see new solutions and offerings added to RuffaloCODY's integrated suite, which offers a number of solutions for the entire student lifecycle.
Among the pre-enrollment, campus, and post-campus offerings in the suite are solutions for student search and application services, financial aid research and planning, net price calculators, retention and completion planning, career services, student philanthropy, alumni engagement, and more. As Noel-Levitz President and CEO Kevin Crockett said in a release, "This is truly a case of 1 + 1 = 3."
Going forward, Crockett will serve as president of a new combined enrollment division, while current RuffaloCODY President and CEO Duane Jasper continues on in that role. The combined companies also plan to keep and expand their talent base.
