- Sexist and vulgar posts made in a private Facebook group belonging to Willamette University fraternity Sigma Chi prompted an official investigation, protest and vandalism on the campus Monday.
- The posts--which discussed drinking, secret parties, hazing and women on campus--came to light on Saturday night when screenshots were shared on the WordPress blog Willamette Truth.
- Among the offensive posts was the suggestion that people should kick the school's director of student activities, Lisa Holliday, in her genitalia for questioning the fraternity's initiation week activities, and a post threatening to "beat" a female student and calling women's rights "the biggest joke in the U.S."
