- A University of Texas-Arlington lab has won a $1.6 million grant from the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation to coordinate higher education digital-learning studies by 10 institutions.

The grant comes from the Gates Foundation’s Postsecondary Success Strategy, which has a goal of dramatically increasing the number of young adults who complete postsecondary education.
