Google Play for Education seeks developer submissions
- Google Play for Education got one step closer to a full launch Monday with the announcement that developers wanting to get their applications into the storefront can mark them for consideration in the Play Developer Consoler.
- Not every education-focused app will be approved, as all K-12 suitable applications must be evaluated by a network of non-affiliated educators and meet the store's classroom use requirements.
- All applications selected for the store will be available to pilot programs nationwide and included in the rollout this fall during the full launch.
