Online career marketplace Collegefeed launches beta
- Sanjeev Agrawal, Google's former head of product marketing, created new social site/career marketplace Collegefeed with the intention of connecting students and recent graduates with employers.
- The site began its beta launch today and is now open to students and new graduates from the University of California-Berkeley, Stanford University and Carnegie Mellon University-Silicon Valley.
- Collegefeed was previously tested during a closed beta in February by students at UC-Berkeley and professionals from eBay, and several students have already landed internships and interviews with potential employers.
