- Harvard University and MIT planned to announce Tuesday that Wellesley College would become the latest school to partner with their edX program to offer massive open online courses (MOOCs), The Boston Globe reports.
- Wellesley will bolster edX's library of humanities courses with four new offerings (yet to be named) and provide a case study in how to preserve the small-class culture on a large scale.
- Other edX participants include the University of California, Berkeley and the University of Texas.
