The National University of Ireland Galway adopts Ellucian CRM Recruit for recruiting process improvement
The National University of Ireland Galway (NUI Galway) has selected Ellucian CRM Recruit to enhance analytics and reporting capabilities for their recruitment and marketing initiatives. CRM Recruit will enable international recruiters to electronically register potential students, make payments and track their journey from first interest to enrolment. With advanced analytics capabilities, NUI Galway will be able to better determine the effectiveness of their international recruiting efforts.
With recruiters travelling the globe to attend fairs, NUI Galway recognized the need to move away from manual data collection and analysis in Excel spreadsheets and modernize its recruitment technology. The manual checking and processing of applications was wasting valuable time for recruitment and admissions alike. In addition, an easy, secure, and integrated solution was needed to allow applicants to pay fees electronically.

Since beginning implementation of CRM Recruit, NUI Galway is already streamlining processes, automating workflows and using data to make more informed and strategic decisions. Plus, with CRM Recruit, the university will be able to custom configure online applications, create powerful marketing communications, leverage integrated event and travel management tools, take and reconcile payments, and receive detailed reports powered by deep analytics.
