This presentation shows us the 4 'sins' of higher education and technology, and how they may be affecting the teacher/pupil relationship. The nostalgic nature of teaching, as well as the distrust between teacher/pupil in the way we should be using social media are seen as barriers for educators moving forward. Kyle Lacy gives us a broad outline to bridge the gap between the two, and to use social media as a tool for community, rather than divide between students and teachers.
