- The University of Nebraska-Lincoln has suspended a fraternity following the arrests of four members charged with felony counts of providing alcohol to a minor, resulting in death.
- The minor, 18-year-old freshman Clayton Real, was found dead in his room on Sept. 5 at the FarmHouse frat house with a blood alcohol level of 0.378, or 4.5 times the legal limit to drive, the Lincoln Journal Star reported.
- Fraternity members provided alcohol for a party where Real and other underage people were served, police said.

The four fraternity members were charged under a 2011 law, and they face up to five years in prison if convicted. Police also charged three other university students: one with misdemeanor procuring alcohol and two for maintaining a disorderly house. As the university proceeds with suspending the fraternity, freshman members will have to move into university housing.
